Georgi made the process of selecting the right window covering for each window in our new home so easy. She brings examples of each shade/blind and a books of fabric possibilities right to your home so you can hold them in front of each window to get a true feel for how they will look. We ordered some motorized blinds to integrate with our home automation system and some top-down shades for natural light with privacy. Georgi and her team are an absolute dream to work with. She is super quick to respond to calls and emails, she is very knowledgeable in every aspect of window coverings, she gives you realistic time frames and then Dawson comes out and installs each blind/shade expertly. I would highly recommend Georgi to anyone who is looking for new window coverings!

Our experience with Incredible Windows was so easy, start to finish! Georgi has so much knowledge and experience and really helped us choose the window treatments that would be both extremely easy to use and maintain as well as achieve the look that we wanted. From consultation to ordering to installation everything was so straightforward and Georgi provided incredible support every step of the way. The team at Incredible Windows was helpful and attentive throughout the process of selecting, quoting, ordering, and installing our window treatments. We were looking for shades for our new-construction home, and Georgi brought samples of many products and colors right to the house to help us choose the shades that best suited our needs. She quickly followed up with a quote and answers to our questions. Installation was easy to schedule and completed amazingly fast. Overall, we’re very pleased with our collaboration with Incredible Windows and our new Hunter Douglas shades.

Georgi is highly professional, efficient, and friendly. She provides an excellent customer service experience and makes choosing and ordering blinds an easy and smooth process. Hunter Douglas blinds are high quality and dependable. Her professional installer is friendly and installed our blinds quickly and showed us how to use them. They stand behind their products and help with any issues. Georgi is very personable and you can tell she cares. She always followed up to see how everything went. We liked her and the process so much that we called her back to order/install blinds in our new addition a few years later! We were not disappointed! Her measurements were accurate and everything came on time as expected. COVID friendly service as well always felt safe. Thanks to Georgi and her team!

She was was exceptionally responsive and professional every step of the way – and accomplished all of it while in the middle of a pandemic. Georgi understood our aesthetic and us helped us achieve the modern look we were seeking, but most importantly she made us feel like we are so much more than a client. I wanted to find the best option for the remodeling of our home and had 3 estimates done. This company provided several in home visits to discuss options and at least three different estimates as plans continued to be changed/delayed. The support and friendly staff made this an incredible experience. I was able to consider colors from 15 years ago to accommodate my husbands preferences in todays design and innovative tech (wi-fi) products. I would highly recommend this company for your investment in your home.
