Incredible Windows only repairs blinds and shades that have been purchased by the consumer from Incredible Windows. Please contact Georgi to discuss the problem and determine next steps.
Many repairs can be made by a certified Hunter Douglas installer in the home or business. Occasionally, a blind or shade will need to be sent to the Hunter Douglas plant for repair. There may be a charge for the repair, depending on what needs to be done to the blind or shade and the age of the product. If a technician needs to come to the home the first year, there is no service call charge. If a technician is needed after the first year, there is a service call charge.
Please note that there may be repairs that cannot be made due to the age of the shade because parts are no longer available for the repair.
Warranty
The Hunter Douglas Warranty covers repairs for the workmanship of the blinds and shades. The warranty is for seven years for non-Power shades. For PowerView shades, it is a five-year warranty. The warranty does not cover service calls. Click here to view the warranty.
